How should I store my products?

We recommend storing our products in a cool, dark space.
Most ingredients are raw therefore in cold weather the consistency might change.

Where are your ingredients sources from?

We source high-quality ingredients from across the globe to ensure that we’re providing you with the best products possible.

Are your products gluten free?

We do our best to source materials that are able to provide a certificate of being gluten free. However, for customers with gluten sensitivities we cannot guarantee that the raw materials and ingredients we use are 100% gluten free.

Are your products safe for pregnancy?

All of our products are made with non-toxic, non-artificial, and fresh natural.  Every person and every pregnancy is different, so we always recommend discussing product usage with your physician first.

How long does one bottle last?

On average our 30 ml and 50 ml products last 30 to 40 days with daily use, and our 100 ml products last 60 days with daily use. Of course, this depends on the product dosage used daily. All our products have a PAO (Period-After-Opening) symbol located on its respective primary vessel which can be referenced for specific shelf lives after first use.

Do you carry any products with SPF?

We do not currently carry any products with SPF, though we hope to in the future!

What are the products shelf life?

We recommend using our products within 6 months after opening. If you find that your product has an unusual smell or if you see discoloration, do not be alarmed; our customer care team is here to assist you.

What is the pH of the products?

PH measured at: 4.8-5.3

Are your products organic?

We strive to use 100% organic materials and ingredients whenever possible. We cannot say that they are certified 100% organic because not every natural ingredient can be certified as organic, for example fermentations, biotechnology, and other powerful natural ingredients. We do only purchase ingredients from suppliers that use sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. We element ingredients that might be natural, but are not harvested in sustainable manner.

Do you (or a third party) test your ingredients or finished products on animals at any point?

No, we do not test any of our finished products, ingredients, or formulas on animals. We ensure our products are cruelty-free every step of the way.

Are you currently marketed in China? If not, do you plan to do so in the future?

No, we are not marketed in China, nor any other country where animal testing is required. We would never compromise our values to enter another market.

Are you owned by a company that tests on animals?

No, we are a privately-held, family owned company.


Do you have a physical location?

Yes we do. this is where the magic happens. We hand craft all our formulation at our Salon, NR Beauty Essence, in Bussum, The Netherlands. The process of creation is extremely rewarding and the fact that we have hands on experience with clients’ skin care needs we take their feedback and incorporate it in our formulation as much as possible.

Can I pick-up orders?

Yes you can. Select the “pick-up at store” option during checkout.

Can I visit?

The Beauty Salon is open to everyone. We love to receive customers who would like to experience the products prior to purchase. Our aim is to guide you through the process of product selection and give you a customized skin care routine based on your needs.

At the salon, if we are creating a new product formulation and you would like to experience the joy of creating products with us; you are more then welcome to sign up for the beauty class.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping in the Netherlands on all orders over EUR 60,-.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to The Netherlands and Belgium.

I think my order is missing or lost. What can I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement.

We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe


Sales Tax

Sales taxes are included in our product prices and are shown seperatly during checkout and on your order confirmation

Which shipping options do you provide?

Within the Netherlands we offer shipping to your address, or to a PostNL pickup point. You can also pickup your order at our Salon.

What us your return policy?

Unopened and/or unused products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. We will provide a full refund upon return acceptance of your products. To initiate a return request, please send and e-mail to Info@sapedaskincare.com and we will provide you with further instructions.

I received my order with broken or missing items?

Contact us at as soon as possible after receiving your delivery. Please include a photo of the broken items and/or package.

We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe


Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes! If you’re interested in joining please send an email Info@sapedaskincare.com. Please include your social handles and site URL in your email request. We will contact you once we have reviewed and approved your site.

Do you have a professional program?

We do not currently offer a professional program however we are hoping to build and develop one in the future. We can connect professional makeup artists and estheticians with our PR team for sampling opportunities.
